I was searching for ways to promote my business and entered my business name in a site that provided free advertising for my area. Shortly after that I received a call from Business Pro Designs with an offer to build a professional website. I already had a website for the past few years but once he explained how it wasnt always visible to people searching for my services I finally understood thats why I hadnt had much response from it yet. My experience with Business Pro Design was overall very good. My Accounts Manager, Gary was especially helpful and patient. He kept in contact with me throughout the process, calming me down when we hit some technical snags and being patient with my lack of technical expertise. He was able to talk me through the process of editing my own site which was a feat in itself, and helped me build my confidence in having control over my web content.

As a small business owner in a challenging and competitive field, my financial investment in the web site was crucial in surviving these hard economic times. The newsletter has been very well received by my clients and community partners. I am grateful to Business Pro Design for their professionalism, their quality of work and their ability to work cross-culturally. I would recommend their services particularly to those with small business concerns. However, remember they are in business, too.
